Teriyaki Salmon Bowl


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 fillet (150g) of salmon
  • 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup of steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Cooking spoon
  • Bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the salmon fillet in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and let it simmer for 1 minute.
  • In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and sliced carrots.
  • Place the teriyaki salmon on top of the vegetables and rice.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving.
