Loaded Nacho Supreme Casserole


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/4 cup black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Baking dish
  • Oven
  • Spoon
  • Measuring cups

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips at the bottom.
  • Add the cooked ground beef, black beans, corn, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chips.
  • Layer the remaining tortilla chips over the mixture, followed by the diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and the rest of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
