Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  • Cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
  • Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
