Crispy Honey Butter Chicken


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast (200g)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well covered.
  • In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add the coated chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a separate small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the honey until well combined.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the honey butter mixture over the crispy chicken pieces and toss to coat.
