One-Pot Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta


Ingredients:

  • 100g pasta
  • 150g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml chicken broth
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Add the pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
