Keto Cauliflower Mac & Cheese

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Steamer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, almond milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
