Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet (150g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Grill
  • Bowl
  • Brush
  • Tongs

Instructions:

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the mixture over the salmon fillet.
  • Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
