Butter Garlic Popcorn


 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large pot
  • Lid
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a large pot, heat the butter over medium heat until melted.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid.
  • Shake the pot occasionally until the popping slows down, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Once the popping has stopped, remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a minute.
  • Carefully remove the lid, and season the popcorn with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
